Scott Dietzen is currently the CEO of Augment Code, the coding AI designed for software engineering at scale. Prior to Augment, “Dietz” served as CEO of Pure Storage. Under his leadership, Pure grew from 0 to $1B+ in revenue, 15 to thousands of employees, and had a successful IPO. Prior to that he was CTO of BEA Systems/WebLogic, a leading provider of application server middleware. A 4x successful entrepreneur, he earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science with an emphasis on Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University.
